ABOUT PROJECT

It’s a long term project that helps to maintain government facilities on the Channel Islands. The systems include testing for driving license, car registration, fines from video registration; taxation for real estate; users space; custom facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in software development
Good understanding and hands-on experience with ASP.NET WebForms
Willingness to work with custom-developed framework based on ASP.NET WebForms (with introduced controller concept) and utilizing ASP.NET / AJAX
Proficiency in C#, T-SQL
Deep understanding of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core internals
Experience with reflection, dynamic loading, and custom control libraries
Ability to work with ViewState, PostBack, and server-side controls
Familiarity with AJAX Extensions and partial page updates
Understanding of custom ORM patterns and how they interact with LINQ and SQL
Experience with implementing a custom ORM built on top of LINQ
Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
