ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Middle Strong/ Senior Experience Designer in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

The project is a personal digital manager, designed to transform the way you navigate your busy life. Three powerful features, Hubs, Organizer, and Communication, are here to simplify every aspect of your dynamic lifestyle, including work tasks, managing your pet’s well-being, or keeping track of personal documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Over 4 years of experience in UX design with a strong background in mobile applications
Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
Hands-on experience in user research and behavioral analysis
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Mural, and a variety of prototyping tools
Skilled in creating journey maps, service blueprints, and interaction models
Knowledge of customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and their practical application
Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, EN 301 549)
Experience working with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
Proven track record of contributing to Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Familiarity with the U.S. market is an advantage
Exposure to analytics would be considered a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run user research, interviews, and usability tests to spot pain points and find improvement areas
Create customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to boost user engagement
Turn insights from user research, market data, and analytics into clear recommendations
Lead product discovery and design phases, including research, workshops, and idea validation
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using research insights and best practices
Use design systems to build high-fidelity UI mockups that follow brand guidelines
Test designs through A/B testing, usability sessions, and ongoing feedback
Make sure designs follow accessibility standards like WCAG to be inclusive
Work closely with different teams to make sure design goals support business needs
Run workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm and co-create better customer experiences
Promote human-centered design and keep the user at the heart of all design decisions
