Reporting Support Specialist in Ukraine

ELEKS is looking for a Reporting Support Specialist in Ukraine.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Up to 1 year of relevant work experience
Understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting basics, and business analytics
Knowledge of data processing, reporting tools, and best practices in financial analysis
Familiarity with corporate financial reporting systems and internal controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
Analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements
Support the finance team in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Work with large datasets, using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to streamline reporting processes
Assist in the automation and optimization of reporting workflows
Collaborate with various departments to collect and validate data for reporting purposes
Ensure timely delivery of reports and proactively identify areas for improvement in data management and reporting
