Talent Acquisition Specialist for Doctor Eleks

• 1+ year of commercial experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles
• Fundamental understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, one-on-one meetings, and feedback mechanisms
• Strong analytical skills and a preference for structured, methodical approaches
• Demonstrated proactivity, with a proven ability to take initiative, propose improvements, and drive progress independently

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment (70%)
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions (mainly at the Middle level)
• Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers and develop comprehensive candidate profiles
• Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews (including HR and initial technical assessments)
• Ensure effective candidate management, communication, and support throughout all stages of the hiring process
• Engage with both active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
• HR Functions (30%)
• Oversee onboarding processes for new employees and provide support during preboarding activities
• Foster a positive team environment through micro-interactions, small initiatives, and pulse surveys
• Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to enhance and optimize HR processes
• Participate in internal projects, including training programs, mini-events, and welcome initiatives
