ELEKS is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer in Poland, Ukraine, Croatia.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and model-driven apps
Experience in Senior Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead roles
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE customization, Power Automate, and solution management
Experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI and agent-building platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
Experience preparing technical estimations, feasibility assessments, and implementation plans
Ability to create technical and functional documentation based on solution designs
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions
Lead technical design discussions and provide implementation guidance throughout the development lifecycle
Drive technical clarification, feasibility analysis, and solution estimation activities
Make architectural and implementation decisions to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable CRM solutions
Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Automate, and related Microsoft Power Platform components
Identify opportunities to leverage Copilot Studio, agentic AI, and intelligent automation within CRM processes
Mentor and support development team members, promoting engineering best practices and code quality
Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guidelines
Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions
