ELEKS is looking for a SAP Technical Presales Lead/Architect (part-time) in Croatia, Poland, or Ukraine.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of SAP solution delivery experience, including 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, hybrid)
- Strong presales experience: solution design, estimations, proposals, and customer workshops
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture (on-premise and cloud)
- Broad knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and end-to-end business processes
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability SAP landscapes and migration strategies
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Integration Suite
- Experience integrating SAP with enterprise ecosystems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Expertise in SAP Application Lifecycle Management (Solution Manager, Focused Build)
- Familiarity with DevOps-aligned delivery, CI/CD, and transport governance
- Architectural knowledge of SAP extensibility (ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5)
- Experience with SAP analytics solutions (BW/4HANA, Embedded Analytics)
- Strong communication skills and professional English for global, customer-facing engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in all stages of the SAP-related sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualification to demonstrating the solution
- Collaborate on creating and delivering presentations with the sales team, customized software demonstrations, and preparing technical documentation for SAP proposals and tenders
- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with best practices and organizational standards
- Establish standards for SAP implementation, configuration, integration, and security
