RPA Developer (UiPath)

ELEKS  is looking for an RPA Developer (UiPath) in the USA and Argentina

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our growing Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robotic process automation solutions using UiPath and other industry-leading tools.

You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end automation across desktop, web, mainframe, and legacy environments, ensuring high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of experience with UiPath, or 3+ years with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Proven experience automating processes across multiple environments: desktop, web, Citrix, Salesforce, Excel, mainframe, and legacy systems
• Strong proficiency in at least one high-level programming language, such as .NET, Java, Python, C#, HTML/CSS, or SQL
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
•  DevOps mindset, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation lifecycle optimization
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is required
• Demonstrated leadership qualities: able to drive product team results and mentor less experienced engineers

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath and other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Build automation workflows across diverse systems, including web applications, desktop environments, Citrix, Salesforce, Excel, and mainframe systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA to understand business needs and translate them into scalable automation logic
• Leverage test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) to ensure reliable, maintainable code
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps-driven automation practices.
• Guide and mentor junior RPA developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the automation team.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and security policies.
