Product Implementation Analyst

Doctor ELEKS is looking for a Product Implementation Analyst in Lviv.

ABOUT PROJECT

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of health care service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional education in IT or related fields
• Experience in IT-related or similar positions
• Knowledge of database design and understanding of relational database systems
• Experience with MS SQL, including writing stored procedures, working with statistical reporting, and proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of product testing
• Ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet client needs
• Logical and consistent thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in written form
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to travel when required
• Confident business communication skills

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience working in medical institutions
• Knowledge of healthcare reform
• Experience with the medical information system Doctor Eleks
• Medical education background

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deployment, basic configuration, and data import to populate the client’s database
• Support of existing client installations (report development, document template creation, configuration)
• Writing procedures, views, and functions in the database to implement clients’ custom processes
• Initial optimization of queries within procedures
• Data manipulation within the database
• Defining technical tasks for developers, monitoring execution, and performing testing
• Communication with clients
• Pre-release testing
• Participation in audits of institutions regarding system usage
