ELEKS is looking for a Delivery Manager (GovTech/MilTech) in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

We are seeking a Delivery Manager for a portfolio of government and defense digital projects — Ukraine, EU, Middle East. This role is ideal for a veteran with IT project management experience and inside understanding of government.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of IT project management experience (PM/DM/Program Manager): planning, budget, team, client-facing work
Ukrainian Armed Forces veteran — command/staff experience is a strong advantage among equally qualified candidates
CDTO Campus, digital project experience in the government/defense sector (Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Defense, Brave1) — significant advantage
English B2+ (working language with international clients)
Understanding of public procurement (ProZorro, NATO procurement) — advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead delivery on GovTech/MilTech projects: team of 15–50 people, accountable for timelines, quality, profitability
Work with stakeholders at the level of ministries, defense agencies, and international agencies
Planning, risk management, escalations, reporting to the client and ELEKS leadership
Frequent travel: Ukraine, EU/Middle East (full insurance, duty-of-care policy, hazard compensation for higher-risk zones)
