ABOUT CLIENT

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Architect to join our client’s engineering team, a top-5 insurance company in the US. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, building, and configuring contact center solutions on the Amazon Connect platform.

REQUIREMENTS

Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing configuration
Integration with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex)
CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
IVR design and conversational flow development
Telephony and contact center operations knowledge

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and configure contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
Develop and maintain contact flows, queues, and routing configurations
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex
Implement integrations with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to support contact center workflows
Design and optimize IVR and conversational flows
Apply knowledge of telephony and contact center operations to ensure efficient and reliable solutions
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to support implementation and improvements
