ELEKS is looking for a AI Engineer at Montreal, Canada, to join our growing Data & Analytics team. You’ll become a part of the team of professionals of leading global clients in finance, healthcare, and beyond.

Salary range – $78 000-155 000

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years’ experience in machine learning engineering
Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MLFlow, Scikit-learn, LangGraph)
Work experience with Databricks
Experience deploying AI models into production environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

RESPOSEBILITIES

Transform experimental models into scalable, production-ready code
Provide model optimization, versioning, and reproducibility
Work with ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MLFlow, Scikit-learn, LangGraph)
Work with Databricks
Implement CI\CD pipelines for ML workflows
Work with model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
