ELEKS is looking for a Workday FDM Administrator in Europe.

ABOUT PROJECT

Workday FDM Administrator will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Workday FDM module.
The role includes supporting the system in its early operational stage after implementation, as well as ensuring ongoing stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Workday environment.
This position requires close collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, and other Workday module owners to ensure system stability, data integrity, and alignment across the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience working with Workday, specifically the Foundation Data Model (FDM)
Experience supporting Workday in a post-implementation and/or operational environment
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and cross-module dependencies
Experience administering organizational structures within Workday
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and maintain the Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) configuration during the early operational phase and ongoing operations
Administer and manage organizational structures (e.g., Supervisory Orgs, Cost Centers, Custom Organizations, Entities, etc.)
Analyze and assess the impact of changes in other Workday modules on FDM
Participate in solution design and configuration for new enhancements in Workday
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Support testing activities related to FDM changes and enhancements
Manage change requests, incidents, and configuration updates
