ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior Power Platforms Engineer in Croatia or Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a global legal services provider operating in 77 countries and supporting multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, startups, government bodies, and NGOs. The company is recognized worldwide for its innovative and technology‑driven approach to legal service delivery.
The ELEKS team contributes to the development and improvement of enterprise‑level Power Platform solutions used by leadership and global business units across multiple regions.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Model‑driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
Advanced knowledge of integration methods with Microsoft 365 services and third‑party applications
Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing for the Power Platform
Experience working with multiple data sources and designing scalable data models
Experience with installation and configuration of data gateways (Azure AD/SSO, Power BI On‑prem Gateway, ADF SHIR)
Knowledge of DevOps practices (ALM, CI/CD, solution packaging)
Experience with implementation life cycles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
Hands‑on experience or training with frameworks such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, ITIL, Prince2 (advantage)
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to negotiate, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage relationships with third‑party suppliers
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, documentation discipline, and ability to work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain PowerApps (model‑driven and canvas) and supporting Power Automate flows
Design and develop solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Provide architectural guidance, configuration, administration, and governance across Power Platform services
Identify improvement areas and drive process optimization using Power Platform tools
Support and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems
Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs
Own individual assignments end‑to‑end and deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions
Participate in Agile processes, follow best practices, and improve internal standards
Document solutions, workflows, and procedures
