RPA Application Architect

ELEKS is looking for an RPA Application Architect in the USA

Our customer is one of the top five health insurance companies in the US. The company serves over 15 million members across five states and employs over 20,000 people.

The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools to make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We help our customers achieve their goals by developing and supporting IT tools.

• 4+ years of experience with UiPath or 3 years of experience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience across multiple RPA domains, including Desktop Applications, Web Applications, Citrix, Salesforce, Excel, Mainframe, and Legacy Systems
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, C#/C, VB) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, Web Services)
• Experience with SQL, data integration tools, and other technical automation platforms
• Strong understanding and practical experience with TDD/BDD
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and a DevOps-oriented approach
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is required
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions with a strong focus on scalability, reusability, and performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions
• Lead the development of RPA workflows using UiPath and/or other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Ensure best practices are followed, including secure coding standards, error handling, logging, and exception management
• Integrate RPA bots with a variety of systems: desktop and web applications, Citrix environments, Salesforce, Excel, Mainframe, and other legacy platforms
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies
• Contribute to the establishment of CI/CD pipelines and embrace a strong DevOps mindset
