Project Manager

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Poland or our offices in Ukraine: Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a multinational British-American company operating in the professional services and management consulting sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record managing mid-to-large teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Price project tracking
• Solid understanding of IT systems and project life cycles
• Proven understanding of project financial aspects – profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization
• Excellent command of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to closure within defined scope, budget, and schedule
• Work with stakeholders to clarify and maintain project scope and objectives
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, update timelines and deliverables as needed
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and support the team in meeting deadlines
• Support budgeting process by tracking hours and resources used
• Ensure quality standards are met on all deliverables
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and remove blockers for the team
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders
• Identify and report project risks, contribute to mitigation planning
• Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication between the internal team and the client
• Collaborate with resource managers to request and allocate necessary team members
• Prepare project documentation and status reports for stakeholders and PMO
• Follow existing PMO processes and provide feedback for improvements when relevant
