ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a US-based company specializing in stage lighting equipment rental and technical lighting services for theaters, concerts, television, and corporate events. The company provides full-cycle lighting solutions – from equipment setup to on-site technical support – serving some of the leading entertainment venues and production teams across the United States.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (ERP or enterprise-level projects preferred)
Experience in client-facing delivery and cross-functional coordination
Understanding of product lifecycle at the support/maintenance stage
Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps
Solid hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including hybrid setups
Technical awareness of .NET Core, Azure ServiceBus, AKS, Helm, EF Core
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the delivery of an ERP product at both support and active development stages
Plan quarterly releases, organize demos, and track delivery progress
Balance feature development with product maintenance and client requests
Communicate directly with the client and internal stakeholders to align goals and expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teamwork
Lead technical discussions and support solution planning
Maintain clear documentation and ensure transparency across the team
