Company is looking for experienced sales/account manager to cover and continue developing Ukrainian market. We specialize in hardware solutions that allow to automate inspection process for Aviation, Oil & Gas, Telco industries. Sales pipeline is well established (no cold calls are expected).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting (Ukrainian market preferably)
  • Understanding Ukrainian market culture and its ways of doing business
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (English and Ukrainian)
  • Well organized and structured
  • Ability to travel around Ukraine (at least 30% of the time)

WOULD BE A PLUS

  • Fluent English and Ukrainian languages
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Driving license, personal car

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Expand our customer base
  • Manage the whole sales cycle processes (introduction to growing account)
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Build and develop an account map for each customer/prospect
  • Ensure that company quotas are met
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Fill in and keep up to date companies CRM (Odoo)
