ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is one of the world’s leading insurance brokers. As part of an international engineering team, you will contribute to the development of a modern analytics platform that aggregates data from multiple external providers and delivers insights to support business decision-making in the insurance and reinsurance domain.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory
- Experience working with Azure Data Platform
- Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and Lakehouse solutions
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong SQL knowledge is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the technical direction of the platform’s data engineering solutions and architecture
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Collaborate with Backend engineers to design data models and integration solutions
- Analyze requirements, review technical designs, and contribute to solution estimations
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of data solutions
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team
