Senior Power Platform Engineer, Ukraine

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

The project is with a Ukrainian energy company that specialises in implementing digital transformation for businesses. They specialise in developing data-driven infrastructure solutions and providing cybersecurity consultancy. The team has experience of driving change in critical industries, including the energy sector.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in developing custom applications, processes, and solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation, including integration with systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs
Experience with Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and SQL databases
Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs for custom development and system integration
Solid understanding of Power Platform development best practices, including performance optimization and security considerations
Hands-on experience in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and maintaining stable Power Platform environments
Experience in designing and managing data models in Dataverse (Common Data Service) and integrating with external databases (SQL, SharePoint, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Automate and streamline business workflows using Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems via APIs
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
Build and manage chatbots using Power Virtual Agents for enhanced user interaction and support
Customize and extend Power Platform applications using JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security, adhering to Power Platform development best practices
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure stability and reliability of Power Platform solutions
Design, implement, and maintain data models within Dataverse (CDS) and integrate them with external data sources such as SQL databases and SharePoint
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
