- If you leave a contact request or approach us by email, we’ll use the personal data you’ve provided to contact you regarding your request. In this case, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to build relations with you.
- If you apply for ELEKS open vacancies, we’ll use the personal data you’ve provided in CV and application. In this case, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to evaluate and progress the application through the recruitment process.
- If you apply for ELEKS open vacancies via LinkedIn, we’ll use the personal data from LinkedIn (name, primary email address associated with your LinkedIn account). We are relying on your consent which you provide by ticking Allow button.
- If you tick the box to receive updates about vacancies at ELEKS, we’ll send you emails with some information about new vacancies. We are relying on your consent which you provide by ticking that box. Also, we’ll personalise these emails based on the information we have about you, such as your specialization, so it is more relevant and useful for you.

We treat your data as protective as the GDPR requires from the moment we’ve received it. If we transfer your data inside or outside our ELEKS Group, we’ll use appropriate safeguards for personal data not to get outside of the GDPR scope.
How long will my data be kept?
We will delete your personal data as soon, as we no longer have a need or a legal basis to process it. What does it mean? More info
- We’ll always delete your data when we receive a request from you to do so. Please take a look here, to learn how to make such a request. In the unlikely event that we are still obliged under the law to keep your data, we’ll inform you about that.
- If we start employment or business relations with you, your data will be stored as described in separate Eleks Specialists Privacy Notice shared with your after job offer acceptance.
- If we don’t start employment or business relationship with you, your data will be stored in our systems for some limited time for further evaluation of your personal development, verification (cross-checking) of your employment experience and skills, conducting reference checks, and for the possible review of the decisions taken in the selection procedure. In no case we will keep it for more than 2 years from the last date of communication with you. Once this term expires, all personal data will be irreversibly anonymized or deleted.
You can be sure that we will not store or otherwise process your data for “unlimited period”. And don’t forget that you may always command us to delete all the information have about you as described here.
What are my rights?
Your rights are as follows:
