1. If you leave a contact request or approach us by email, we’ll use the personal data you’ve provided to contact you regarding your request. In this case, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to build relations with you.
2. If you apply for ELEKS open vacancies, we’ll use the personal data you’ve provided in CV and application. In this case, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to evaluate and progress the application through the recruitment process.
3. If you apply for ELEKS open vacancies via LinkedIn, we’ll use the personal data from LinkedIn (name, primary email address associated with your LinkedIn account). We are relying on your consent which you provide by ticking Allow button.
4. If you tick the box to receive updates about vacancies at ELEKS, we’ll send you emails with some information about new vacancies. Also, you may object to our processing activities based on the legitimate interest and have your data completely erased from all our systems unless we have compeling legitimate grouds for further processing or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. 1. We’ll always delete your data when we receive a request from you to do so. Please take a look here, to learn how to make such a request. In the unlikely event that we are still obliged under the law to keep your data, we’ll inform you about that.
2. If we start employment or business relations with you, your data will be stored as described in separate Eleks Specialists Privacy Notice shared with your after job offer acceptance.
3. If we don’t start employment or business relationship with you, your data will be stored in our systems for some limited time for further evaluation of your personal development, verification (cross-checking) of your employment experience and skills, conducting reference checks, and for the possible review of the decisions taken in the selection procedure. In no case we will keep it for more than 2 years from the last date of communication with you. Once this term expires, all personal data will be irreversibly anonymized or deleted.

You can be sure that we will not store or otherwise process your data for “unlimited period”. And don’t forget that you may always command us to delete all the information have about you as described here.

7. We continuously gather and analyse data regarding all the new and existing threats and vulnerabilities, actual attacks on other organisation, as well as the information about the effectiveness of the existing security controls.
8. Our servers, workstations and internet gateway devices are updated periodically with the latest antivirus definitions that include zero-day anti-malware protection.
9. We conduct risk assessment on a yearly basis.
