ELEKS supported NGO “Tarilka”, that is opening food bank for people in need. ELEKS contributed money, which were invested to a car-refrigerator, 4 germicidal lights, weigh scales, touch-free temperature gauge and a laptop — the needed for efficient and proper work of the food bank created by the organization.
ELEKSers aim to carry on and add to these endeavours, therefore they have initiated projects with the partners to provide significant support for the community, children, elderly people, and youth and consider our long-term plans in CSR goals.
During May and June all the company offices over Ukraine established charity collection. ELEKS specialists brought books, computer equipment, toys for kids and clothes for those who urgently need these things. All the things were carefully packed and handed over to the representative offices of the Red Cross Society in Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil.
ELEKS turns sports into charity
Within the framework of the 30 Good Deeds Initiative started on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of ELEKS, each month we transfer funds to the dobro.ua platform for every kilometer run or cycled by an ELEKSer.
As of June 14, 145,450 hryvnias have already been raised.

Today, ELEKSers have joined the 28th Chestnut Run running charity marathon. Even those who were not in Kyiv were able to join the event online.
All proceeds will go to charity! Each year, the Chestnut Run Charitable Foundation purchases the required equipment for the Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
On the first day of summer, the International Children’s Day, ELEKS joined a private celebration organized by the Lviv Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Lviv. We are grateful to Uliana Stelmakh, the Head of the Lviv regional branch, for the invitation.
Volunteers of the Organization conducted a master class on making dream catchers and various entertaining exercises for children from large families, in particular, from those that had been internally displaced from the East.
ELEKSers organized public park cleaning to contribute for common welfare.
The territory has been cluttered for the last two decades. In the spring of this year, volunteers began working here on the space on the concept of “urban gardening”. We believe that the park will become a cozy place for cognitive natural leisure.
The initiative took place within 30 good deeds from ELEKS.
Together with Radio SKOVORODA and Territory we are launching a podcast “Literary (In)dependence” about 30 major books of Independence period. Here you will hear about the well-known books that are present in our home libraries, and about the novelties of recent years in literature world of Ukraine.
ELEKS’ volunteers help the local community to draw attention to the unique Lenkevych-Valevsky estate, which was built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries based on a Swiss chalet. For many years, the estate fell into disrepair, and today, August 12, in Gosha, work began on the restoration of the park near it.
