Senior Experience Designer (Kraków office 2 days per week)

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Krakow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Over 5 years of experience in UX design
• Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with component codebases and frontend documentation tools, such as Storybook
• Experience in designing complex SaaS products with deep hierarchy
• Experience working with Design System (creation, maintenance)
• Design token-based thinking, component library stewardship
• Complex data table and form design layouts, visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across multiple parallel sub-project streams within the same product
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with AI coding agents is a plus
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Availability to work from the Kraków office 2 days per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate research insights, analytics, and other relevant data into clear design recommendations
• Contribute to product discovery and design activities, including research, workshops, ideation, and validation
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on user needs and design best practices
• Use and contribute to design systems to create consistent and scalable user experiences
• Validate design solutions through usability testing, feedback, and other appropriate methods
• Consider accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align user needs with business and product goals
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to explore problems, generate ideas, and co-create solutions
• Apply human-centered design principles and keep user needs at the center of design decisions
