ABOUT CLIENT

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Developer to join our client’s engineering team, a top-5 insurance company in the US. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and configuring contact center solutions on the AWS Amazon Connect platform.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid experience with the Amazon Connect platform
Experience with Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing configuration
Integration with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex)
CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
IVR design and conversational flow development
Basic telephony and contact center operations knowledge

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and configure contact center solutions using the AWS Amazon Connect platform, including contact flows, queues, and routing configuration.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex).
Implement CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar) to support contact center workflows.
Design IVR and conversational flows while applying knowledge of telephony and contact center operations.
