ELEKS is seeking an Integration Requests & Requirements Coordination role in Argentina to support MuleSoft delivery activities across multiple product teams. This is a MuleSoft-facing role with a managerial and coordination focus.

The role supports MuleSoft delivery by owning the engagement and intake coordination with product teams, ensuring that requirements and processes are properly aligned before and during delivery.

This position requires a strong technical background and prior experience as a developer, with the ability to use technical understanding to support discussions, guidance, and alignment — not to build solutions directly.

Responsibilities

Engage with product teams to guide them through the MuleSoft engagement and intake process
Clearly communicate MuleSoft delivery processes and expectations
Ensure product teams provide complete and accurate requirements for development
Coordinate and track multiple concurrent engagements across product teams

Requirements

Fluent in English
Background as a developer in prior roles
MuleSoft experience strongly preferred
Strong technical understanding used to support discussions, guidance, and alignment rather than building solutions
Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple teams
Comfortable working in a non-coding, managerial or coordination role
No hands-on MuleSoft development
Technical focus is managerial and coordination-oriented, not hands-on development

Nice to Have

Experience working with integration platforms or enterprise integration programs
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-team collaboration models
Experience supporting platform adoption, intake, or enablement processes
