We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Translator for our product in the Lviv office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Ukrainian and at least one other language: English or German
- Exquisite communication skills in Ukrainian, both written and spoken
- Business communication skills in either English or German
- Ability to translate an ongoing conversation fluently
- Good prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to interact with an extremely busy executive team and demanding partners
- Ability to assist in scheduling, record keeping and general management
- Familiar with standard business tools for writing, calculations and presentation (Google Docs and similar)
- Optional: General familiarity with ERP systems
- Fluent in financial rules to interact with the Finance department
- Availability for travel, mostly in Ukraine and on rare occasions internationally
- Working hours are generally flexible, but require tolerance for the occasional unusual schedule
- Polish language skills are helpful, but not mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements, ensuring efficient time management
- Translate conversations, correspondence, and documents fluently between Ukrainian and English or German
- Support communication with Ukrainian-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams
- Prepare, edit, and format business correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate records, meeting notes, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips (domestic and international)
- Support day-to-day operations, including interaction with finance and other departments
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Facilitate effective communication between international and local teams
- Contribute to internal process improvement and ensure smooth administrative workflows
