Paralegal

Eleks is looking for a paralegal for part-time involvement (20 hours/week) in Ukraine to support the charitable organisations established by Eleks.

ABOUT PROJECT

The ELEKS Foundations are charitable organisations established by ELEKS, a global software development and innovations company.

The Foundations’ central focus is supporting Ukraine’s defence capabilities. And as a company with Ukrainian origin, we are unwavering in our commitment to provide humanitarian, financial and material aid, including medical care, to those impacted by the war.

REQUIRMENTS

• Students (3+ years of study)/ graduates of the following fields of study – Law or International Law
• English – Upper-Intermediate
• Part-time involvement (20 hours/week), flexibility

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and maintenance of Donation utilization reports (in English)
• Communication with partners for reporting purposes (document exchange, photo sharing, report approvals, etc.)
• Drafting Donation of equipment transfer and acceptance certificates (in English)
• Preparation of materials for public reporting on the foundation’s website
• Background check of charity partners and suppliers
• Organization and maintenance document management
• Drafting memoranda of cooperation and donation agreements (participation in negotiations, contract preparation)
• Legal analysis of relevant issues
• Translation of contracts and other documents (ENG–UKR)
• Participation in the drafting of policies and internal guidelines for charitable foundations (in English)
