ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer (AI Prototyping) in Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

Over 5 years of expertise in UX, CX, service design, or a related discipline
Deep understanding of AI-based workflow — the ability to prototype real product experiences using live data and core interactions
Proficient in AI-enabled tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Lovable, Supabase, Cusror, along with traditional platforms like Figma, Miro, Mural
Hands-on experience creating interactive prototypes with connected APIs and dynamic content.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to cover full cycle of the product concept development — from with ERD and product decomposition to system architecture diagrams, and early technical structures
Understanding of front-end and back-end constraints, especially in the context of no-code/low-code toolchains
Experience working with design systems and applying them for low-code prototyping
Proven success collaborating in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams
Excellent communication skills, including experience in presenting ideas to stakeholders and clients
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, and EN 301 549
Proficient level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the product development based on AI workflow
Profficiently use LLMs (e.g., Claude) to generate project artifacts adjusting the product development
Rapidly prototype experiences using Figma Make, Lovable, and connect real data sources via Supabase or similar tools
Conduct early user testing to validate ideas, refine product flows, and support quick iterations
Plead the process of the presale and discovery phases including building working prototypes in 3–5 days
Shape product vision through design-driven exploration and functional MVPs
Support project hand-off with high-fidelity, dynamic prototypes that can evolve into scalable solutions
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align prototypes with delivery strategies and architectural guidelines
Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies into the design process
Actively contribute to ELEKS Design Office’s standards, methods, and knowledge-sharing efforts
