ELEKS Sales Division is looking for a seasoned Account Manager to lead large Middle East accounts.

Job Summary

Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with assigned clients and ensure high quality of business cooperation during the entire cooperation lifecycle. Responsible for recognizing and initiating new business opportunities with existing clients, supporting and enhancing profit of existing clients’ projects, resolving client-related issues, evaluating and developing commercial cooperation success with assigned clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with assigned clients that lead to partnership and mutual benefits
  • Proactively work on new cooperation opportunities and develop business with the client
  • Monitor and control client’s satisfaction with provided services and keep it at high level according to the company standards
  • Control financial relationships with the client. Meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Manage client’s experience
  • Participate in projects execution. Help to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and expectations

Specialized knowledge:

  • Understanding of software development life cycles, RUP and Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of offshore software development specifics
  • Understanding of IT industry trends
  • Understanding of business revenue models

Skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Negotiation and problem resolving skills
  • People motivation skills
  • Fluent English

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science or similar
  • Certifications or completed trainings in account management and key account management are desirable

Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in IT industry
    • Experience in IT project management
    • Experience in account management \ business development \ IT Sales \ Client Relationship management etc
    • Experience in cooperation with end customers
    • Experience in cooperation with C-level from large enterprise
    • Experience in cooperation with foreign customers. Experience with Middle East customers is a must
