This is a set of projects (10 ) which has teams from 1 to 10 team members and each project has its own team on the customer side. All projects are run in Scrum and require a lot of communication with all stakeholders.
Direct and manage project development from project initiation to closure within budget, schedule and resource limits.
Take on some of the PM responsibilities (as assigned) to help ensure that the project goals are met.
Act as a PM representative in delegated areas, ensure completion of assigned tasks.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
Keep the project and all related processes running smoothly.
Ensure that stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of all sites in project through meetings, correspondence and status trackers.
Compile summary documents, collect and include contributions of the team members.
Track internal project team assignments and report status to project manager.
Serve as point of contact for project information and updates.
Follow standartized PMO processes, ensure that used project management methods and processes are in line with PMO methodology and tool-sets and maintained throughout the project life-cycle.
Facilitate meetings, including project kickoffs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
1 year of experience in project management in IT outsourcing company
Understanding of software development life-cycles
Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices
Understanding of project and budget estimation techniques
Working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfill the changing requirements of the job
Ability to develop a good rapport with all the stakeholders
