Main responsibilities

Job Boards management:

  • Keeping updated information on all Job Boards
  • Check accuracy of all vacancies
  • Keep career site updated (information on website – photos, personalities etc.)
  • Support with HR marketing activities
  • Meeting of newcommers and candidates (on request)
  • Referral letters mailings
  • Coordination of mailing campaigns
  • Incoming CVs administration
  • Support with internal and external events (meetups, conferences, team buildings)
  • Confluence administration
  • Other activities as required


  • Administrative\events management\customer service \ marketing experience (office manager, receptionist etc.)
  • Experience in writing\proofreading texts would be a plus


  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive mindset and sense of humor
  • Creative problem solver
