REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of professional experience
Experience in the FinTech domain
Analytically strong and able to analyze requirements as necessary
Good knowledge of different requirement elicitation techniques
Good understanding of the SDLC process and issues faced during each phase
Proven knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Exposure to risk analysis
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Interact with various stakeholders for technical and project discussions
Experience creating reports and monitoring the progress of activities
Problem solver rather than a problem identifier
Creative and innovative
Tools: experience using Azure DevOps, GitLab, SQL, and Postman
Advanced level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the liaison between departments and proactively build relationships to elicit and validate business needs
Provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives and will be able to codesign and rapidly produce prototypes when required
Ability to influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
Translate needs and knowledge required from the various SMEs into user stories, use cases, and business processes that can immediately be used by Development
Ensure documentation delivered is maintained in a centralized knowledge base making it easily accessible for all stakeholders
Assist with the design and review of application architecture and system components, ensuring that they align with the overall business strategy
Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies to determine the best approach to implementing new features and functionalities
Participate in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the application meets the defined requirements
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring that they can effectively utilize the applications
Provide guidance to the development team on the creation of inline code comments and API documentation to ensure proper understanding and maintainability of the codebase
Familiarize yourself with relevant industry regulations, security protocols, and data protection standards to ensure that all developed applications and documentation comply with applicable laws and best practices, safeguarding sensitive information and mitigating potential risks
Promote architectural consistency and usability standards
Support User Acceptance Testing (planning, test case identification, and possibly execution as well as user documentation)
