ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Senior Service Now Developer/Customer Support Engineer (L3) in all our locations or remotely.


Large and global acting insurance company based in Switzerland with subsidiaries all over the world. Domain: within IT Business Management servicing Group Functions


  • Proven track record in developing Service Now Portal Technology (ITBM Business Management)
  • Angular and JSON
  • Sound experience in financial report design including dashboards and cockpits
  • Self-starting personality
  • At least intermediate level of English


  • Development, preparation, and presentation of financial figures
  • Development of standard (canned) and individual financial reports including dashboards and cockpits
  • Integration of different data sources for report generation (e.g. planning, expenses, taxes, … )
