Senior Insurance Development Manager

ELEKS Sales (North America) is looking for a Senior Insurance Development Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep knowledge of business and 10+ years of experience working in the Insurance enterprise of small-mid-large size
  • Experience working with software services and systems development/integration/purchasing within insurance organization
  • Extensive business network within insurance industry
  • 8+ years of managerial experience that includes developing and executing business strategies
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes to include the creation and maintenance of effective pipeline of potential requests, evaluation of the most promising opportunities, development and implementation of sales strategies and converting them into business
  • Readiness to work as the leader of the industry vertical at technology company and drive the sales process
  • Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Education: Bachelor Degree is required. Graduate degree preferred. Degrees preferably in business, healthcare or technology related field
  • English: Advanced (excellent oral and written communication skills)
  • Location: Prefer the continental US

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increasing ELEKS’ brand awareness in insurance industry
  • Developing and executing the industry vertical go to market strategy at ELEKS
  • Driving ELEKS’s sales process using your own networking as well and taking part in marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning etc. in order to effectively maintain new partnerships
  • Creating and leading a sales strategy with other sales and technical team members marketing for allocated product range and region for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Creating and maintaining a steady healthy sales pipeline to support regional and company revenue goals
  • Leading sales team through the entire sales process for both opportunity and customer driven opportunities
  • Tracking all the activities in the CRM and align with ELEKS’ client-facing owner to ensure account level KPIs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve company’s goals in establishing new partnerships
  • Actively collaborate with other departments in order to promote the expertise and brand of ELEKS and representing ELEKS by attending external conferences and industry events

  • Meet sales profitability and revenue growth targets set by the company management
  • Create and execute outbound sales leads generation campaigns for allocated industry and region
  • Lead the regional team of SDRs to constantly generate the qualified prospects pipeline
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to extend the sales network and bring new logos
  • Lead the process of the proposal development for new potential clients
  • Cooperate with the customer success leadership team to achieve common goals for a region
  • Share the sales-related knowledge, techniques, methodologies and lessons learned during the previous experience
  • Follow clear and transparent principles of newly signed projects transferring to the customer success team within a reasonable timeline
