Senior Customer Support Engineer L2

ELEKS  Customer Support Office is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer L2 in Argentina.

ABOUT CLIENT

Our customer is a technology software and consulting company. Customer services are used by some of the largest insurance companies worldwide, which benefit from the market disruption ground-breaking capabilities it gives them. Customer headquarters is in the City of London, with offices in Paris, Brussels, and the USA. The project is a technology platform that helps non-life and life insurers across their modelling platforms, including capital, pricing, reserving, life cashflow modeling, economic evaluation, risk and data cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Azure cloud stack
  • Good understanding of Windows stack
  • Octopus deploy
  • Azure DevOps
  • MS SQL/Azure DB maintenance
  • Basic SQL
  • Experience in communications with customer or support work
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational support: responding to system issues and troubleshooting them quickly to minimize any negative impact on system performance and user experience
  • System health monitoring and logs to ensure they are effective
  • Process improvement and implementation: identifying opportunities for improving existing
  • processes and implementing new ones to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability
