ELEKS Sales (North America) is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep knowledge and experience working with one of the industries: IT Services, IT Consulting
- Extensive business network within the oil and gas domain would be a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in developing hunting B2B sales strategies
- Experience working in other IT industry-related role will be a plus
- Effectively work with an assigned pipeline of potential requests, evaluating the most prospective opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to convert them into business
- Proven success with sales and demonstrated knowledge of the sales process
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Ability to present products and services to a wide range of people with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work cooperatively in group situations and team selling environments
- Spoken knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
- University degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increasing brand awareness with targeted Customer profiles and lists in order to verify their business needs, budget, time constraints, etc.
- Driving sales process using your own networking as well and taking part in marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, etc. in order to effectively maintain new partnerships
- Work with Management to develop Marketing Campaigns to generate additional lead sources
- Participate in various presentations and trade show exhibits as presenter or host
- Creating and executing a sales strategy for allocated product range and region
- Tracking all the activities in the CRM and aligning with the client-facing owner to ensure account-level KPIs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve the company’s goals in establishing new partnerships
