ELEKS Sales (EU, DACH and NORDICS) is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, the UK, or the Czech Republic.


We are looking for a salesperson to sell our client’s platform as a product, and IT services around it. This unique platform was made by industry experts to monitor, navigate and make the most of gas market data. Its tailor-made digital solutions are backed by a team of experts to take your business to the next level.


  • A strong background in the oil & gas domain
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing hunting B2B sales strategies
  • Experience in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers
  • Related experience in IT sector or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English


  • Work with targeted Customer profiles and lists in order to verify their business needs, budget, time constraints and authority
  • Create strategies of reaching of each of the specific Customer, including approaches, ways of reaching, nurturing etc. depending on the specific Sales Propositions of the Company
  • Reach potential customers, and respond to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, social media, e-mails and online personal meetings
  • Provide Customer’s feedback (unitary and consolidated) to Marketing and Products and Services in order to ensure the adjustment of Sales packages
  • RFI’s handling
  • Track all the activities in the CRM, analyze and present the results
  • Participate in events and different field-related conferences and meetups
