ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Mobility Specialist in all our locations or remotely


  • 3+ years of Travel Manager/Global Mobility or related fields experience
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures pertaining to work permits, visas, and residence permits
  • Understanding of IT services principles and specifics
  • Ability to negotiate and effectively solve problems
  • Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Jira, Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Skype)
  • Experience in the US Green Card processing would be a plus
  • Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International affairs
  • Advanced level of English or higher, strong knowledge of legal English


  • Design templates and checklists for internal company use on areas linked to Global Mobility
  • Develop reports on case progress, relay stakeholder feedback and supply case statistics to management
  • Research, create and maintain International Relocation Program materials and instructions in general and according to the host country local specific – develop and support knowledge base
  • Assess risks and advise appropriately
  • Participate in forming application documents package and support Transferee for permits granting (Visa, Work/Residence permit, Green Cards)
  • Participate in relocation cost estimation (C2C, taxes, etc.)
  • Manage and control employment and payroll set up
  • Act as the primary service contact for managers, recruiters, HRs and assigned specialists and stakeholders throughout the International Relocation processes
  • Develop practical solutions to the many complex problems associated with relocation
  • Remain current on laws, regulations, mobility approaches and tools, and advise on best practices related to mobility
  • Optimize processes and improve program ease for assignee experiences by leveraging data, assignees feedback, knowledge, and experience to understand trends and patterns, identify actionable insights and drive innovative actions
  • Drive benchmarking related to different areas of Global Mobility in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices
  • Support in the coordination of questions on International Relocation Program processes and compliance matters relating to cross-border taxation, social security, immigration, onboarding, repatriation etc.
  • Manage effective relationships with internal and external vendors and other suppliers (immigration counsel, CPA, tax, etc.) to ensure an appropriate level of services levels are delivered throughout the relocation process
  • Perform other International Relocation Program-related duties as assigned
