ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a talented Middle/Senior Android Developer to join our team.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is Europe’s leading health, sport, and leisure group, with 116 clubs – 100 clubs in the UK (including 3 Harbour Clubs), a further 15 across the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe, plus one club in Asia.

Clubs provide the perfect destinations to stay fit and healthy as a family. Facilities include state-of-the-art gyms, heated indoor and outdoor pools, top-class racquets facilities, well-equipped group exercise studios, and luxurious spas.

We have already developed several applications for these clients. We plan to create an application with which the club’s clients can easily book and manage the club’s services. Also, We are working on the new functionality for users.

Team composition: 3 IOS Developers, 3 Android Developers, 2 QA, 1 AQA, 4 Full stacks, FE, BE, 2 BA, 1 designer, 1 PM, 1 DevOps, 1 Architect.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience with Android Development
Participating in commercial Android apps development
Understanding Android apps distribution process (Google Play Store)
Communicating in English
Passionate about solving new problems

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the development team to build high-quality code, following and contributing to key processes like code reviews
Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute critical programs
Make decisions in solution architecture
Identifying imperfections and suggesting improvements in the app
Helping the team to troubleshoot if needed
