Middle DevOps Engineer

ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a Middle DevOps engineer in Poland

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a startup that operates in the Financial Services industry, specifically serving Investment banks, broker-dealers, and supply-side firms

ABOUT PROJECT

We are working on a project to streamline banking systems by processing their documentation and transforming it into a standardized format

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support existing CI/CM systems: maintenance, configuration and update
• Support existing environments: local and on the customer side
• Detect and fix issues on environments: network, servers, services, and storage
• Provide deployment/delivery process
• Write and modify scripts to automate such processes as build, deployment, configuration update, etc.
• Help team with configuration and administration tasks
• Develop and maintain document setup and configuration instructions, and troubleshooting tips
• Estimate and define task completion terms independently
• Evaluate and coordinate task deadlines with Technical Leader or Project Manager
• May have valid competence-related certifications
• Participate, both as a trainer and a trainee, in various learning programs outside the major project.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• DevOps hands-on experience with Azure, AWS
• Good knowledge of CI/CD system setup and configuration
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, GitLab
• IAC: Terraform/ARM templates
• Upper-intermediate-level of English
