Junior System Administrator

ELEKS is looking for a Junior System Administrator in Split.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in system administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Users, Computers, Groups Group policies
• Familiar with MDM solutions (Intune, Mosyle, Jamf)
• Experience with Azure is a plus
• Experience in writing system documentation, specifications/requirements, reporting, training materials
• Advanced level of Windows 10/11 and, MacOS and Linux workplaces administration
• Basic level of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian) administration
• Practical skills in different OS and software configurations and supporting
• Practical skills in network cabling systems, Ethernet switching, TCP/IP protocol stack
• Good experience with Azure Active Directory and O365 services
• Awareness of the best practices of services maintenance and support (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with PowerShell is a plus
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Ability to effectively explain technical aspects to both technical and non-technical staff
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Autonomous work skills
• Good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and enrollment of workplaces (Windows, MacOS, and Linux) into the corporate environment
• Support workplaces (and other types of configuration items) at all stages of their life cycle, in particular, in accordance with the Asset management process
• In cooperation with the Infrastructure team perform some network-related tasks at the physical, data link, and network layer
• Administer and perform support of delegated Office 365 services
• Work with incident/request tickets as assigned by Level 1 support
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by direct or indirect superior
