ELEKS Talent Acquisition Office is looking for a Junior Resource Planning Coordinator in all our offices or remote.

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and positive-minded person who will be responsible for staffing internal vacancies, updating and reporting on resources available, a transition to reserve, checking assignments, and keeping them up to date. Specialized knowledge

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics Suite
  • Understanding of IT company specifics (especially types of IT jobs, including their typical duties and requirements)

Skills and abilities

  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Familiarity with business software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to make sound decisions with limited information


  • Bachelor’s degree


  • 1+ years of experience in IT human resources or corresponded industry

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support efficient and appropriate staffing decisions. Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation and allocation management
  • Work with delivery team members and account managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each account and project
  • Support efficient staffing operational activity
  • Coordinate staffing process on internal vacancies for products, non-production, and SEDO external consultants
  • Establish a comprehensive understanding of each employee’s skills, strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide detailed data in information requests (on available resources, available expertise, CVs, salary ranges etc.)
  • Prepare weekly reports on resources available and open staffing requests
  • Keep up to date delivery headcount information
  • Prepare offers for international relocation (for internal employees)
  • Approve assignment requests
  • Ensure that current employee assignments are actual and up to date
  • Check assignments validity at the end of each month
  • Track employee`s CV updating process

Accountable for

  • Performance of functional roles and instructions of the superior, as well as supervision of the subordinates in terms of their operational duties
  • Performance in accordance with the current administrative, criminal, and civil legislation of Ukraine, the internal labor regulations of the Company, fire safety rules, and information security regulations
