ELEKS Customer Support Office is looking for a Junior Customer Support Engineer (L1) in our Lviv Office
Our client is the first blockchain powered freelance marketplace which use a simple, intuitive and uncomplicated user interface (UI) along with smart matching criteria to put companies and contractors together quicker a traditional career networking site.
Register and resolve requests on the help-desk, task management system, chat and telephony system.
Gather all required information from a customer to start issue investigation.
Investigate, reproduce and document customer issues.
Provide steps/solution how to fix the issues.
Coordinate communication between IT teams and customer.
Performing short live consulting sessions for a customer.
Maintain documentation/knowledge base.
Take ownership to resolve customer requests in accordance with SLAs and incident management protocols.
Understanding of general support duties, tools (including remote-controlled support) and environments.
Comfortable demonstrating and teaching technology concepts to others.
Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to be a good listener.
Highly motivated, disciplined, with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Should be able to work independently and remotely.
Understanding concepts and terminology in specialized areas of IT such as
Workstation, server and network hardware
Cloud computing and virtualization, including Azure
Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems edition
Microsoft products family, including Office 365 and SharePoint
Software application development life cycle
Application delivery and release
Remote hardware monitoring
At least Upper-Intermediate English level
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to “get things done”
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to isolate and resolve issue
