Head of Employee Relations

ELEKS is looking for Head of Employee Relations in our Lviv or Kyiv Office

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating strategy and creating the employment value proposition in order to articulate company employer brand to both internal and external audiences
  • Create the desired perception of Eleks unique and rewarding employment experience and cultivate meaningful relationships with current and potential employees
  • Lead the development and execution of employment branding strategy and tactics (company events, career sites, social media pages, mobile technology etc.)
  • Establish measurements and track performance effectiveness of all employment branding strategies and tactics. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results; adjust future activities to reflect key learnings
  • Continually improve employee relations programs with innovative strategies that anticipate changes in employees’ preferences
  • In partnership with marketing and communication department develop a social media strategy leveraging the employer brand and employer value proposition. Increase company presence and interaction on social media sites
  • Develop company benefits packages. Partner with the HCA on the interpretation and application of corporate benefit programs
  • Facilitate and develop the understanding and application of company vision, mission and organizational values
  • Plan the budget of the employee relations office and ensure adhering to it. Establish a vision for the office and develop the office strategy, structure and operating norms to implement this vision. Ensure timely review of the office strategy and its correspondence to the company strategic goals and needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, best practices, and concepts related to organizational behaviour, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR practices, staffing, management practices, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and talent management
  • Understanding of IT industry
  • Ability to identify and effectively manage a complex sets of stakeholders
  • Can accomplish results and desired outcomes through formal and informal corporate structures
  • Ability to work independently, handles multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication, human relations, public relations, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possesses leadership ability and strong communication
  • Initiative and pro-active
  • Advanced written and oral English
