ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator in all our locations or remotely


  • 1+ year experience in Travel Management or Global Mobility field
  • Understanding of IT services principles and specifics
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures pertaining to work permits, visas, and residence permits
  • Understanding of International payroll taxation and double taxation principles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International affairs
  • Intermediate+ level of English or higher


  • Organize and coordinate international transfers of employees including material needs, remuneration, and legal matters, quickly and in a cost-effective manner
  • Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Research in the field of corporate immigration and payroll to advise and provide support for the company’s foreign entities on relocation matters, payroll, health insurance, pension funds set-up
  • Act as the main resource for employees on all aspects of mobility and immigration, including visa processes and regulatory requirements/ changes. Assist with international assignment, permanent transfer, extended business trips, and new hire management
  • Continually improve the assignee experience
  • Design and maintain process and documentation for the global mobility programs
  • Track and register statuses of relocation cases in Jira, 1C, and other internal databases, develop reports on issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis
  • Interview Transferees and help with applications filling in
  • Ensure that all of the information provided by the Transferee is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
  • Prepare expense report including Travel, Legal and Transferee’s expenses related to the Relocation
  • Provide required data to stakeholders to proceed with employment, payroll, health insurance, pension, and monetary/non-monetary benefits set-up and dismissal of employees in its entirety and timely manner
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Stakeholders
  • Be able to help the Transferee and his immediate family members to obtain Visas/Work permit for the main applicant (Transferee), Visa for immediate family members, and other documentation required
  • Must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
  • May be required to train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level
  • Perform other International Relocation Program-related duties as assigned
