Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

ELEKS Financial Office is looking for Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor in our Lviv office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, budgeting, financial analysis
  • Understanding of accounting principles and Business environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI
  • Good knowledge of the procedure for compiling financial programs
  • Good knowledge of strong root cause analysis techniques and system of business accounts
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple initiatives, roles, and responsibilities going in parallel
  • Ability to process a huge mass of data
  • Ability to work interdependently
  • Good computer skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

  • Work with individual Company Divisions/Departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall Company’s budget with its further validation
  • Manage the internal reports design and provision for Budget owners and support the decision making
  • Analyze the actual/historical results against budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain differences
  • Control achieving the financial indicators by the Company Divisions/Departments
  • Communicate the financial results/KPIs to the Company Board, Executive Team, and Divisions/Departments
  • Manage the ad-hoc reporting support for internal stakeholders and senior executives
  • Ensure a high level of financial awareness of all internal stakeholders and senior executives
  • Create, update, and maintain financial models and forecasts of the Company’s future operations and indicators
  • Manage Period End Closure process in Management Accounting
  • Calculate the rate of revenues, expenses in Management Accounting
  • Prepare the income and expenditure balance in Management Accounting
  • Manage manual entries process in the accounting registers in Management Accounting
  • Identify areas that can be improved and constructively propose new solutions that drive efficiencies
  • Develop and utilize sound financial processes to drive improved business performance
  • Provide financial support and fully support the achievement of financial plans, goals, and objectives
  • Develop projects of financial support (Power BI Dashboards)
  • Sales Commission model support and respective calculation for BU Leaders
  • Drive and contribute to the development of new analytics/reports/dashboards/controls implementation
  • Ensure Management Accounting data provision for Internal Company’s initiatives
  • Support the Cost Centers structure change management
  • Perform the additional duty assignments given by the immediate supervisor
