ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Lead Experience Designer in Poland.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in Product Design/Research
Experience with different design phases, pre-sales activities and discoveries
Strong skills in prototyping (for designers), user interviews, in-field studies, any types of qualitative and quantitative research, incl. usability tests, etc
Hands-on understanding of product lifecycles and stakeholder management; product-oriented mindset
Experience working with high-growth startups
Versatility within product teams coupled with proactive, can-do attitude
Passion for innovation at the level of value propositions and product strategy will be a bonus
Prior product management experience will be a bonus
Prior design leadership experience will be a bonus
Advanced level of English

NICE TO HAVE

Advanced level of German or French

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities are performing user interviews, in-field studies, and any types of qualitative and quantitative research, incl. usability tests
Lead, guide and monitor design processes and approaches for solving the problem, and lead others toward that solution in cross-functional meetings
Contributes to the modeling of solution backlog
Prepare and conduct presentations of UX deliverables for different audiences (internal and external stakeholders, clients, project teams)
Conducting user research sessions (in-home, in-office, user testing, diary studies), and deriving meaningful insights through analysis
Structuring content, developing taxonomies, crafting navigation, and formulating other activities that make information accessible, usable, and understandable
Producing structural design of a software interface, supporting a user’s ow through a system and ability to interact successfully
Applying the knowledge of Color, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand expression that present the product or service in a way that not only is clear and approachable but appropriately exhibits personality
