Dr Eleks – Сommunications Specialist

ELEKS is looking for Communications Specialist in our Ternopil office.

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices. The mission of the product is: to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous working experience in communicating with people would be a plus
  • Experience, related to the medical field (call center, medical or insurance center) would be a plus, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of the healthcare reform or desire to learn would be a plus
  • Advanced level of written and spoken communication
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good PC skills
  • Punctuality and stress-resistance skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine would be a plus but not necessary

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding Doctor ELEKS issues and queries
  • Receive, login, and manage calls from internal staff via telephone and emailEnsure that service requests and incidents are recorded appropriately
  • Ensure that all submitted service requests are processedCommunicate service requests that require other groups to be involved
  • Escalate service requests as required to ensure completion within SLA targetsEscalate unresolved incidents and requests to the 2nd line support team
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up on the status of issues on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
