Dedicated Interviewer (.NET)

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Dedicated Interviewer for .NET stream in Argentina.

ABOUT ROLE
ELEKS is currently looking for a Senior/Expert Software Engineer who will take the role of Dedicated Interviewer for .NET candidates. The duties will include identifying and attracting qualified candidates and helping achieve the company’s staffing objectives. Technical evaluations will be conducted based on Eleks Competency Matrix. Our ideal candidate should possess qualities of self-motivation, dependability, proactivity, and sociability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8 years of experience with C# and .Net
• Leading experience would be a plus
• Prior experience in conducting technical evaluations/interviews would be highly appreciated
• Proficient knowledge and practical skills in general Software Engineering: algorithms, data structures, databases, networking, security; best practices, approaches, and techniques (Unit Testing, etc.)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Algorithms for solving typical tasks, fields, and ways of applicability
• Software development methodologies
• Syntax of the chosen programming language, peculiarities of programming using this language
• Modern compilers, debuggers, and optimizers
• Typical bugs that appear in the process of software development, methods for their diagnostics, and correction
• Methods and techniques for software modules and components assembly
• Development methods and techniques for software deployment procedures, techniques for batch implementation of the procedures
• Capabilities of existing software and technical architecture. Capabilities of modern and advanced software development tools, technological tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting interviews with external candidates within .NET stream
• Assist Competency Managers in their operational activities
• Improve own technical expertise (self-development)
• Be ready to switch from an Interviewer role to real Project involvement(if needed)
