CRM Dynamics 365/Sharepoint Administrator

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a CRM Dynamics 365/Sharepoint Administrator in our Lviv Office.

This position supports the business office and marketing efforts by providing key business development support to these teams and administrative support for the CRM Software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management and support of our Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 Cloud (Customer Engagement module) on a day-to-day basis
  • Hands-on configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) including additions or edits to workflows, business process flows, email integration, and dashboards
  • Oversee and perform changes to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement including fields, views, forms and system administration
  • Leverage understanding of CRM systems to drive technical improvements and identify areas for process development
  • Participate in future CRM application requirements, definitions, and design
  • Define and implement appropriate CRM security to ensure appropriate end-user access
  • Perform other system administrator functions of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) application, as needed
  • Oversee Report generation, maintenance and testing
  • Assist CRM users with day-to-day questions, problems, and issues
  • Develop and enhance user interfaces and custom web applications through the use of JavaScript, C# and other browser based technologies
  • Support Intranet sites built on SharePoint, manage system security, system patching and upgrades
  • Deploy custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages, configure SharePoint services and settings
  • Document SharePoint configuration and architecture
  • Manage site quotas and file size limits, review and monitor usage reports
  • Manage content databases and create new ones as required
  • Administer and maintain sites and sub-sites
  • Manage security for sites and sub-sites, the site layout structure and content
  • Provide SharePoint support to end users
  • Create and configure new sites, lists and forms, add document libraries
  • Back up SharePoint sites and build workflows
  • Implement controls to improve a SharePoint site’s functionality

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator in Cloud CRM Dynamics 365
  • Workflow configuration or Business Process Configuration experience
  • JavaScript, C# knowledge preferable
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing business processes
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment – particularly Exchange Online
  • 5 years’ experience of Administrating Exchange Servers
  • Administrating O365, an Exchange Online hybrid environment
  • O365 Security
  • Experience working with Federation tools
  • Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect)
  • Experience working with Office Suite
  • Client support and troubleshooting (Outlook, Outlook for MAC, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices)
  • Good knowledge of networking, including creating firewalls, security zones and encryption, Active Directory and ldap queries, Windows Server operating system and hardware
  • Experience with Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell Scripting, PowerShell administration modules knowledge

  • 3 years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 Cloud version
  • 5 years of experience of Administrating Exchange ServersMS certification
