ELEKS Sales team is looking for Business Development Manager, remote.


  • Fluent in English, nice to have German or French. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the entire sales process, from lead generation through prospecting, proposal preparation, to deal closure and account management
  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a relevant track record of successful deals
  • Ability to be persistent and creative in identifying and reaching potential clients, empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • High degree of initiative, winning demeanor, teamwork and persistence
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on any challenge thrown your way
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree


  • As part of ELEKS’ South-West European business unit team, you will take care of the expansion of our business activities in the region (with the biggest focus on Switzerland) by generating new customer contacts and representing ELEKS as a competent partner for custom software development solutions
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and identify qualified opportunities for the target territories
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with the newly acquired and potential customers, develop account plans and play a leading role in their implementation
  • Work closely with the customer and orchestrate the colleagues involved in the sales process in a goal-oriented manner
  • Articulate ELEKS value proposition to key decision-makers in key companies
  • Co-author messaging strategies with sales team to ensure outreach is targeted and relevant
  • Become an expert on the latest industry trends in Software development
  • Attend key industry events and conferences, representing ELEKS and our product offering effectively
