ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for an Adobe Campaign Systems Analyst in our Chicago Office or remotely (from the USA).


Our customer is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. The company serves more than 15 million members across five states and employs more than 20,000 people.

The customer is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families. We are helping to achieve our customer’s goals via developing and supporting the IT tools. Numerous applications and APIs both for internal and external use.

Teams are using agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP. The majority follow TDD and pair programming. The typical team consists of 6-8 developers and a product manager who is responsible for the user stories and communication

We are looking for experienced software engineers to work with the back end (java), front end (react), and mobile teams.

The exact responsibilities also vary depending on the project. Most of the time you will be working on implementing new functionality or different integrations and/or deployments.

Technologies slightly vary depending on the team.


  • Adobe Campaign and SQL expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Proficiency to clearly articulate and effectively write detailed specifications and other
  • comprehensive documentation
  • Understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database
  • maintenance and administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Track the development flow to maintain delivery and deployment schedules
  • Maintain and edit the existing setup, validate and execute campaigns using Adobe Campaign
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define campaign audience requirements, program specifications, and business requirements
  • Provide documentation of all processes
  • Discover and execute solutions to the issues and/or process defects
  • Develop and enforce maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, and gather system statistics
  • Review ongoing reports to recognize potential issues in their early stages
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
